Commercial Painter / Finishing Technician
$22-$27/hr | Full-Time | Steady WorkWere looking for experienced painters to work on commercial and light construction projects. If you have strong surface prep and painting skills and take pride in leaving behind a clean, professional finish, we want to hear from you.Job Duties:
- Prep, patch, sand, caulk, mask, and prime surfaces
- Apply paint, stain, primer, sealer, and specialty coatings
- Work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Paint walls, trim, doors, cabinetry, and architectural finishes
- Complete drywall repairs, touch-ups, and punch-list work
- Assist with light finish carpentry when needed
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- 2+ years of painting or finishing experience
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong surface prep and painting skills
- Experience with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Basic drywall repair experience
- Comfortable working from ladders and scaffolding
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
