🚨 Hiring: Warehouse Workers - Medical Device Manufacturing

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to support warehouse operations in a clean, fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. - 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday | $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday | $20.35/hr
- 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday | $21.09/hr
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Stock and distribute materials throughout the warehouse
- Build boxes and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if qualified)
- Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or material handling is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
