Job Title: Production WorkerSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.Shift: 2nd ShiftJob Type: Short-Term Project with Potential for Long-Term OpportunityJob DescriptionWe are hiring Production Workers to help manufacture and package chemical products used primarily in the agricultural industry. This is a hands-on position involving production, packaging, palletizing, material handling, and general warehouse work.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture products according to work instructions and production procedures.
- Fill and package finished products.
- Label and palletize products accurately.
- Move and handle materials throughout the production process.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory.
- Record production information and data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Assist with general cleaning throughout the facility.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or material handling experience.
- 2+ years of related experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive and physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Work EnvironmentThis position works 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 3-4 weeks, with the potential to transition into a long-term opportunity on 1st shift based on performance and business needs. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
