What You'll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Pulse welding
• Fabricate and fit custom carbon steel and stainless steel components
• Read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Build prototypes and custom engineered products
• Perform fit-ups and fabrication for pressure vessels and assemblies
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Work independently on custom projects from start to finish
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of welding experience
• Strong TIG and Flux Core welding skills
• Experience working with carbon steel
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabrication and fitting experience
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Stainless steel welding experience
• Pipe welding experience
• Knowledge of ASME or other welding codes
• Welding certifications
• Quality inspection experience
• Custom fabrication or prototype manufacturing experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
