Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Field Technician to support the deployment, installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment and mobile infrastructure across the U.S. and internationally. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in the field, and traveling to unique project locations. Military veterans and candidates with construction, industrial maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or field service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test mechanical equipment and field assets
- Deploy, transport, install, and commission equipment at project sites
- Assist with setup and teardown of mobile facilities and support equipment
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
- Perform loading, unloading, assembly, site preparation, and general labor tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings
- Support mechanical, structural, plumbing, electrical, piping, and HVAC-related work
- Collaborate with field teams to meet project timelines and operational goals
- Ensure equipment readiness before and during deployments
- Travel for extended assignments lasting 6-8 weeks at a time
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with equipment or machinery
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in changing environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally
- Must have a valid U.S. Passport or be able to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment
- No convictions within the last 20 years
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding environments
- Must be available for extended travel assignments and occasional short-notice deployments
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience
- Construction, industrial maintenance, or field service experience
- Experience with forklifts and heavy equipment
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or piping experience
- Equipment installation, maintenance, or repair experience
- Experience working in remote or travel-based environments
Work Environment
This position is primarily field-based and includes work at active job sites throughout the United States and internationally. Employees will regularly utilize hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and mechanical equipment while working in industrial, outdoor, and construction environments. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.health vision dental 401k will get a 5-10k pay bump when they get started
