Warehouse Worker @ Aerotek

Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionAs a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving goods, processing receipts in M2M, labeling products, and putting them away into the warehouse. You will pick and process daily shipments using the UPS/Fedex system and ensure products are packaged and labeled correctly for shipment. Cycle counting experience is essential for this role.5am to 1:30pm Responsibilities

• Receive goods and process receipts using M2M.
• Label products and organize them into the warehouse.
• Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/Fedex systems.
• Package and label products for shipment.
• Follow work assignments, directions, instructions, and Work Order Schedule provided by Production Lead.
• Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM.
• Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.
• Assemble electronics subassemblies for harness installation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Ensure efficiency and quality standards are met regularly.
• Follow all safety requirements and policies.
• Determine job order requirements following production priorities.

Essential Skills

• Experience with picking, packaging, and material handling.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Knowledge of wire gauges (AWG) and familiar with terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors for wire harness fabrication.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in order picking and shipping.
• Ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
