Description
Build and validate Discrete Event Simulation models using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
Model and optimize AMR fleet throughput, utilization, routing, and dispatching
Analyze traffic flow, congestion, queues, and deadlock conditions
Optimize pick/drop stations, layouts, fleet sizing, and charging strategies
Perform what-if and stress testing for demand spikes, fleet scaling, and equipment failures
Identify system bottlenecks and recommend improvements to maximize throughput
Translate simulation results into clear engineering and business recommendations

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
