General Production Worker - 1st & 2nd shift
7am-3:30pm $18/hr3:30pm-12am $19/hrFull-Time | Opportunities for Growth
What You'll Do
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary production areas
- Assist with production setup, changeovers, and equipment preparation
- Remove waste, recycling, and packing materials from production areas
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
- Help maintain continuous product flow on production lines
- Move materials and ingredients throughout the facility
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic production equipment
- Assist team members as needed to keep production on schedule
- Complete required paperwork and communicate any production or equipment issues
- Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company procedures

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical movement
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 30°F)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
