Project Governance & Planning
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deployment roadmaps for MVP-II rollout activities.
- Coordinate with business, technology, operations, vendors, and international stakeholdersto ensure timely execution of project tasks.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and escalation where required.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management.
International Rollout Management
- Support Pilot and Cluster B implementation activitiesacross internationallocations.
- Monitor deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live support plans.
- Ensure alignment of rollout activities with approved project timelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and transition-to-supportactivities.
Production Stability & Support Oversight
- Track production incidents, service disruptions, and operational risks following implementation.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Monitor service stability KPIs, system availability, and operational performance.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and ensure closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Serve as a central coordination point between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, risk registers, and management presentations.
- Ensure timely communication of project progress, challenges, and mitigation plans.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain project risk and issue logs and ensure effective mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project governance standards and change management processes.
- Monitor quality deliverables and ensure adherence to deployment and support best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong PMO and project coordination experience in banking or financial technology projects.
- Knowledge of system implementation, rollout management, and production support processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project governance, reporting, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, project management preferably with PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum experience
- 10+ years of experience in Project management, with a focus on large-scale transformation programs within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a bank or financial institution.
Other Skils & Competence
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing and executing communication frameworks and training programs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Good facilitations skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Technology services and delivery preferably with some exposure to the financial services sector
