Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Assemble fabricated parts to meet quality and design specifications Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and hand tools Inspect completed welds and assemblies for accuracy and quality Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed to move materials and finished products Assist with fabrication equipment including drill presses, brakes, and other shop machinery Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
At least 6 months of MIG welding experience or completion of a welding program Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Ability to accurately read a tape measure Experience with fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing processes preferred Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
Carbon steel and stainless steel welding Fabrication and assembly experience Overhead crane operation Forklift operation Brake press or drill press experience Manufacturing or industrial shop experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
