About this role
Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:¿ Plan, organize, and oversee the delivery of technical housing services for capital asset repair, maintenance, and betterment projects.¿¿¿¿ Provide technical leadership, issue resolution, and risk based recommendations to support housing inspections, investigations, assessments, and maintenance activities.¿¿ Act as a subject matter expert by providing technical and advisory input to corporate processes, asset management initiatives, and operational reporting.¿ Build and maintain strong working relationships with service providers, partners, stakeholders, and internal technical communities to resolve complex issues.¿ Ensure compliance through quality assurance, monitoring, and guidance on technical standards, regulatory requirements, health and safety, and environmental policies.¿¿¿¿ Supervise, train, and develop technical services staff while contributing to continuous improvement of policies, procedures, pr
