About this role
The Chief of Residential Housing Projects and Maintenance leads the technical team responsible for housing maintenance, capital projects, inspections, and the overall management of technical operations.Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:¿ Lead the development of various residential housing projects, documentation, and reports, including financial and cost-analysis components for the residential management and technical services programs.¿ Provide leadership in managing and delivering technical services in support of the housing program.¿ Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies and standards.¿ Establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provides guidance on technical requirements for CFHA's residential housing units.¿ Investigate and resolve operational issues in CFHA's residential housing units.¿ Lead, manage, and develop a team delivering technical and operational housing services in support of CFH
