The Chief of Residential Housing Projects and Maintenance leads the technical team responsible for housing maintenance, capital projects, inspections, and the overall management of technical operations.Duties of the position includes, but are not limited to:¿ Lead and oversee the development of plans, reports, and financial analyses related to asset management, Housing Services Centre (HSC) Condition Assessments, capital/recapitalization proposals, and technical services program operations.¿ Manage and supervise the delivery of repair and maintenance operations, project development, and contract management, from initiation to implementation, through a dedicated technical services team and external service providers.¿ Ensure regulatory compliance, guiding team members, service providers, and housing occupants on applicable policies, standards, codes, and safety regulations related to repair, maintenance, and construction.¿ Provide expert guidance to stakeholders
