Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist clinical data analysis, research and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on community outreach and wellness programs.
- Review and validate medical and digital content.
- Ensure outstanding guest experience across all service touchpoints.
- Manage guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
Candidate Profile
- MBBS or MD qualification from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is mandatory.
- Overseas exposure in the health/wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skill.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, screening methodologies and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of medical legal and regulatory guidelines.
