Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Navision / Dynamics NAV and Business Central
- Deep understanding of system architecture and how complex, customised solutions fit together
- Experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or similar senior technical role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising at senior level
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative leadership style and experience guiding delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with our largest customer and embed yourself within their organisation
- Act as the customers technical subject matter expert, guiding strategy and decisions across their NAV and Business Central estate
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions
- Explain complex technical concepts in clear business language and translate business needs for technical teams
- Build long-term trust and credibility at every level of the customers business
- Lead and collaborate with developers and consultants to design and deliver effective solutions
- Work alongside our business owner to shape the direction of the account
