Requirements
- Strong UX, Product Design, or Experience Design fundamentals
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design judgment and delivery of complex digital products
- Experience in SaaS, software, or technology-led environments
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its impact on product design
- Confidence using modern design and AI tools
- Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and contribute beyond traditional design boundaries
- Curiosity, resilience, and commercial awareness
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Bonus: Experience with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or agentic workflows
- Bonus: Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Bonus: Experience building and scaling design systems

Responsibilities
- Define and drive UX strategy for a next-generation AI-enabled platform
- Create intuitive, trusted, and engaging experiences for users interacting with intelligent agents
- Work directly with Product and Engineering teams to design and ship working solutions
- Use modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and delivery
- Establish scalable design patterns, standards, and best practices
- Lead and mentor a designer while helping shape future design capability
- Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and the wider business
- Champion user-centred design across a fast-moving technology environment
