Job Duties
- Prepare and package orders for shipment
- Build and secure pallets using nail guns, staple guns, and banding equipment
- Inspect materials and verify orders before shipping
- Perform material handling and support warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
- Assist with loading shipments once forklift certified

Warehouse, packaging, general labor, or shipping experience preferredForklift experience is a plusComfortable using hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift, move materials, and work in a production environmentStrong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skillsSafety-focused mindsetImmediate joiners preferredCandidates with good tenure and stable work history are strongly encouraged to applyMust be able to pass Drug Screening (DG)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
