General Production Worker (2nd Shift) in Milaca, MN.Responsibilities

• Perform general production duties on a frozen pizza manufacturing line, including patting down pepperoni and grating cheese.
• Assemble pizzas by adding appropriate ingredients according to production specifications and recipes.
• Rotate through multiple positions on the production line and learn every job and process involved in pizza production.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment and use hand tools as required for food manufacturing tasks.
• Package finished products in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
• Follow established food handling and food safety procedures at all times.
• Inspect ingredients and finished pizzas for quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Work effectively on 2nd shift (approximately 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday) as part of a production team.
• Comply with all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to facility rules.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in food production, food manufacturing, or food industry work.
• Ability to assemble products on a production line, including assembling pizzas and adding ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and food safety practices.
• Capability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials on the line.
• Comfort using hand tools and operating basic machinery in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work reliably on 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, from approximately 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or food manufacturing environments.
• Prior work in packaging or general production roles.
• Familiarity with machine operation in a food industry setting.
• Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt to different tasks and rotations on the production line.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milaca, MN.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
