Company : Vaillant GmbH Location : Remscheid-DEU Country : Germany (DE) Brand : Vaillant Group Contract type : Permanent Working time : Full-time What we achieve together As a Service Delivery Expert for enterprise-wide data management, you will be responsible for operational management and continuous improvement of defined services, ensuring their quality in line with agreed service levels In collaboration with internal business functions and external service providers, you will analyze service performance, identify optimization opportunities, and derive sustainable improvement measures Your responsibilities will include monitoring relevant service KPIs, as well as preparing and presenting results transparently to a wide range of stakeholders Through the structured management of service reviews, escalations, and improvement initiatives, you will make a significant contribution to achieving high levels of service satisfaction Working closely with international teams, you will support the further development of processes, governance structures, and service management standards You will actively shape the transformation of our IT service landscape and make an important contribution to the digitalization and sustainable success of the Vaillant Group What makes us successful together Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable qualification Experience: With more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management, IT Service Management, or a comparable environment, you can confidently manage complex service structures.
You should also have user-level experience with master data systems such as SAP MDG Knowledge & Skills: You are familiar with the various data disciplines, ranging from data logic and master data software to the operational management of data. In addition, you bring solid expertise in IT Service. Management processes and know how to analyze service KPIs, derive improvement measures, and effectively coordinate diverse stakeholders
