Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor I Business Support to manage expatriate mobility, visa, work permit, and immigration processes for foreign employees and their dependents. This role ensures full compliance with Thai government regulations, BOI and IEAT requirements, while delivering excellent support throughout expatriate onboarding, assignment management, and repatriation activities.
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in: Visa & Work Permit Administration Immigration Compliance BOI / IEAT Processes Expatriate Management Experience working with government authorities and online submission systems.
- Strong coordination, organization, and administrative skills.
- Good command of English.
- Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance management.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- What your background should look like Experience handling expatriate visas, work permits, and immigration matters in Thailand.
- Familiar with BOI, IEAT, Immigration Bureau, and Ministry of Labour processes.
- Strong stakeholder management with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Able to coordinate large-volume expatriate populations and overseas technical specialists.
- Experience maintaining compliance records, audits, and reporting dashboards.
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in multinational, manufacturing, or BOI-promoted companies is preferred.
