- Job Overview Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
- Manage production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and HR teams to meet business objectives.
- Support production planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Participate in new product introductions, process changes, and production ramp-up activities.
- What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, including team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
