Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | NO WEEKENDS!
Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a prestigious premium main car dealership in Stockport.

The Package
- £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary
- £35,000 on-target earnings (OTE)

The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the dealership's Aftersales team, ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and professionally.
You'll work closely with technicians, Service Advisors, customers and manufacturers to ensure parts are ordered, supplied and invoiced correctly, helping to keep the workshop operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering and supplying genuine vehicle parts
- Liaising with technicians and Service Advisors
- Handling retail and internal parts enquiries
- Checking parts availability, pricing and delivery times
- Processing parts orders and invoices
- Maintaining accurate stock levels
- Liaising with manufacturers and parts suppliers
- Ensuring parts are available for scheduled workshop jobs
- Maintaining an organised and efficient parts department
- Delivering excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have previous Parts Advisor experience within a main car dealership, preferably within a premium automotive environment.
You'll be organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with customers, technicians and suppliers.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment are essential.
