The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Selling a range of quality used vehicles to retail customers.Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale.Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner.Maintaining high standards across the showroom and vehicle displays.Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership or used car environment.A strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A confident, professional and personable approach.A highly motivated and target-driven attitude.The ability to build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.A full UK driving licence.
