About this role
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support children within an Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and social development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
