Customer Advisor
Location: North Yorkshire
Hours: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join a successful and growing business. This role combines customer relationship management, account development, and sales support, helping customers get the most from their equipment, parts, and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and visits.
- Support customers with parts, service, maintenance plans, and warranty solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Promote aftermarket products, service agreements, and special offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
- Support customer events, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer care.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
