REED FE are seeking an MV Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching in Motor Vehicle courses at IMI Level 3. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and experience in further education, ready to inspire and educate the next generation of professionals in the automotive industry.
Motor Vehicle Lecturer
- Hourly Rate: £35ph - £45ph

- Contract: Ongoing temp ( Term time only )
Day-to-day of the role
- Prepare and deliver lectures and practical sessions in Motor Vehicle courses at IMI Level 3.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through both theoretical and practical assessments.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and educational guidelines.
- Engage with students to motivate and support them in their learning and career aspirations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must hold a teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in further education (FE) teaching, specifically in Motor Vehicle studies.
- Strong understanding of IMI Level 3 curriculum and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
