About this role
- Will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, electrical motors and controls, lighting and lighting controls, electrical appliances, and performing fire alarm inspections.
- Other duties include rewiring and relocating lighting, receptacles and panels during the course of remodeling and renovation.
- Experience driving and operating a bucket truck is a plus.
- Computer experience desired.
- High school diploma is required as is a State of Nebraska Class "A" Electrical Journeyman License.
- Upon hire, the individual will be required to obtain a Nebraska Fire Alarm Inspectors License within 12 months.
- Applicant's driving record must conform to the District Driving Policy.
- Hourly pay rate $44.86 per hour plus benefits.
