About this role
- Secure the definition, preparations and updates of the IT strategy, IT architecture, and implement solution designs in accordance with the corporate IT strategy.
- Develop architectonic concepts/structures; to this end, design the corresponding functional concepts, considering the holistic business requirements and implications.
- Analyse functional and technical requirements for software, platforms or infrastructure and take part in functional architectonic concepts.
- Contribute to and be engaged in the architecture optimisation and harmonisation and design and implementation of solutions.
- Provide technical assistance for projects, from designing solutions to marketing, also considering architectonic concepts.
- Optimise and harmonise the solution architecture and design.
- Provide assistance in product/service development, considering specific products' requirements and impacts on the entire development process (lifecycle).
- Prepare and maintain architecture documentation.
- Keep up with the latest technological trends and provide corresponding consulting.
- Implement technical and functional feasibility studies.
- Get engaged in projects or administration of sub-projects.
- Identify innovations in technological fields and be actively engaged in the implementation within the Group and industry (standardisation, open-source communities, suppliers, interest groups, patents, etc.).
