About this role
- Ensure technical project management and innovations, improvement, and the highest possible technological level and the related approaches to developing and enhancing T's systems and services, considering the business requirements and impacts during the entire process (lifecycle) development.
- Develop/enhance systems and services, also considering the business requirements and impacts during the entire development process (lifecycle).
- Manage projects/changes (technical project management).
- Search technologies and initiate the implementation of technical innovations and enhancements to ensure that T uses state-of-the-art technologies.
- Evaluate business requirements for new/existing systems and services, assess technical options and prepare recommendations for the management's decision-making.
- Closely cooperate with other teams in the international environment.
- Perform business requirement analyses and transfer them to technical requirements.
- Ensure the integration of security requirements and compliance with regulations.
- Implement feasibility studies for the required services and systems.
- Secure the RFx technology and supplier selection processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
- Prepare a Roadmap for the respective system (main features, lifecycle).
- Support conclusion of contracts with technical specifications of purchased systems and services.
- Define acceptance criteria for system deliveries.
- Secure feasibility studies in selected technology sellers.
- Deliver documents for solution proposals at the high/low level for the respective systems.
- Evaluate acceptance criteria for system deliveries.
- Provide technical consultations and training for the management and other teams for the administered systems and services.
- Evaluate the system's performance and provide support during the solution of problems.
- Evaluate the plan (need for new features/updates/upgrades/capacity/hardware enhacenments).
- Submit budget requirements and plan the system maintenance budget.
- Define criteria for decommissioning/end of the lifecycle.
- Manage system decommissioning after their obsoleteness.
