Job summary If you are considering applying for an 8a Family Therapy post then we have an exciting opportunity within the Oxford Health Trust to cover maternity leave for one year! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the Oxford South Community CAMHS Service. We have a reputation for being creative, innovative, forward thinking, dynamic and research led. The CAMHS Getting More Help team understands the importance of systemic thinking in a child and adolescent service, and systemic practices are evident across the team. We use reflecting team practices (with a team behind the screen) to support many of the staff in develop their systemic thinking. We are a popular placement for trainee family therapists and trainee clinical psychologist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the Family Therapy provision offered within the Oxford South Locality.
Main duties of the job
Providespecialist systemic assessments and interventionsfor young people, families, and carers. Workautonomouslyin assessment, treatment planning, and discharge. Offerconsultation and supervisionto colleagues and trainees, promoting systemic thinking across the team. Contribute torisk assessment and managementin a multidisciplinary setting. Delivertraining and live supervisionto staff and support service development. Engage inaudit, research, and evaluation to improve outcomes.
