Responsibilities Design pragmatic and sustainable end-to-end solutions that align with business requirements and IT architecture standards. Translate complex business needs into robust technical specifications and architectural designs. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to foster consensus and drive alignment from project inception to production. Define short, medium, and long-term visions for IT system development within a hybrid environment of legacy and modern technologies. Present architectural solutions to the governance board and maintain high-quality documentation. Validate solutions with technical teams while considering implementation costs and long-term maintainability. Requirements 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and functional design. You possess deep knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and asynchronous integration patterns. You have experience navigating hybrid IT landscapes, specifically transitioning from legacy environments to modern stacks. You're proactive, creative, and capable of synthesizing large amounts of complex information. You are fluent in English with fluency in either Dutch or French and at least basic knowledge of the other. Nice to Haves Experience in the life insurance sector. Knowledge of ArchiMate for architectural modeling. Familiarity with .NET , Angular , or COBOL environments. Willingness to explore and implement technological innovations in critical systems.
