Responsibilities Develop and maintain software components using .NET Framework and .NET Core . Design scalable technical solutions in collaboration with the architecture team. Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members to foster excellence. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development best practices. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions alongside business analysts. Optimize system performance while ensuring security and maintainability. Evaluate and integrate new technologies aligned with business objectives. Requirements You have 8+ years of development experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework . You bring 8+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies. You possess 3+ years of experience with Blazor and Entity Framework . You have 3+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SQL . You bring 3+ years of experience in security and identity management using JWT , OIDC , and claims . You possess 3+ years of expertise in unit testing and integration testing . You have 1+ years of experience utilizing GitHub Copilot . You're proactive with strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset. You are fluent in French or Dutch with a professional command of English . Nice to Haves Willingness to explore and integrate emerging Microsoft technologies.
