The Physical Health and Neurodiversity care group within RDaSH, strives to deliver high-quality, person-centred services, ensuring that everyone receives the right care at the right time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to shape the future and lead delivery of our adult Neurodiversity service across the geographical footprint. The Neurodiversity service is a high profile, busy, forward thinking provision, delivering assessment and treatment options for ADHD and Autism.

A key member of the directorate leadership team, with an integral and influential role managing day to day operations of the Neurodiversity service. If you are a strong leader with current experience of managing teams, resource, capturing and analysing data to improve patient outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

You will need a proven track record of accomplishment in service improvement, innovative practice and delivering on key performance targets, as well as ability to support teams to deliver productive, efficient services. We are working hard to empower our communities within RDaSH, therefore passion for co-production and experience of community networking would be desirable.

Main duties of the job

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets. They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust's strategy and Promises are executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is consistent with the values and strategic vision of the organisation.
