Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home. Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.

Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings, you'll join a dedicated team at Cheriton Care Home in Dorchester. This permanent night shift role offers a salary of £13.46 per hour.
