Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services, and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. Additionally, you will be responsible for emailing, scanning, and coding clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and utilizing other information systems to support efficient workflow processes. The ideal candidate should have receptionist or customer care experience, excellent communication skills, basic PC skills such as Word and Excel, and the ability to work within established processes while maintaining confidentiality and data security. Previous experience in the NHS is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications Essential
Reception or customer care experience; excellent communication skills; basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and email; ability to maintain confidentiality and data security; previous NHS experience is a plus but not required.
