Key Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for reservations, information, and assistance.
• Processing reservations: Utilize specialized software and sources to receive reservations
• Handling changes and cancelations.
• Reconfirm reservations for the current day
• Knowledge of room locations, types of rooms available and room rates.
• Addressing customer concerns: Resolve issues, handle complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining records: Update customer profiles, manage reservation details, and generate reports.
• Cross-selling and upselling: Promote additional services and packages to enhance customer experiences and boost revenue
