• Establish quality standards for manufactured products. • Read blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with production standards. • Recommend adjustments to production processes. • Inspect and test materials and equipment using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. • Remove non-compliant products and suggest strategies to improve quality. • Accept or reject finished products based on inspection results. • Discuss inspection outcomes with the production team. • Perform random inspections to assess product quality. Essential Skills
• Experience in inspection and quality control. • Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. • Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections. • Understanding of blueprints and specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications
