About the role
As an Account Manager for our Hungarian customers, you are the main commercial point of contact for your customer portfolio and work closely with our Consultancy and Support teams, as well as with our Development department when needed. You are responsible for the commercial success of your account portfolio and actively contribute to your customers’ growth by identifying opportunities, building a strong expansion pipeline, and securing revenue through structured renewal management.
Your responsibilities
Take full ownership of all contract renewals within your portfolio, including forecasting based on Commit / Best Case / PipelineIdentify risks at an early stage and define concrete mitigation measures • Negotiate contractual terms within defined commercial guidelinesBuild and maintain an active expansion pipelineIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on actual customer value and needs (Value-Based Selling)Segment accounts based on revenue potential and whitespace to prioritize your time effectivelyConduct regular, results-oriented customer check-insCollaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams on customer feedback and product needsWork closely with Consultancy and Support to ensure customer success as the foundation for retention and expansion Your profile
Completed university degreeExperience in a customer-facing role with commercial and/or revenue responsibility is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsConfident and persuasive presence, combined with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong goal and results orientation, while maintaining a high level of customer and service focusConfident use of CRM systems for pipeline management and forecastingFluent Hungarian and English are required What we offer
