Our client, a fast-growing marketing agency based in Warrington, is looking for an organised Senior Account Manager to join their busy team! This is a full-time, permanent role, and is located in Warrington Town Centre.
Benefits:
Salary - £36,000 - £45,000 dependant on experienceBonus incentivesWorking Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pmHolidays – 28 days including bank holidaysOffice-based The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account performance through product optimisation, affiliate activity, promotions, and general shop operations. They will play a key role in keeping campaigns and account activity running smoothly, while supporting wider growth across TikTok Shop.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Support the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop accountsMonitor shop performance and help identify opportunities to improve salesAssist with product optimisation, promotions, pricing, and campaign setupSupport affiliate and creator activity to help drive product salesIdentify and communicate with relevant creators and affiliatesBe responsible for the mentoring and performance of team of account managers What We Are Looking For:
TikTok Shop experience is essentialStrong interest in e-commerce, affiliates, and social commerceExcellent organisation skills and strong attention to detailComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reportingProficient in Microsoft Excel / Google SheetsPrevious experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, influencer marketing is desirable Please apply today if this role is right for you!
