The Company
This is a specialist automotive experiential agency, part of a 40-year-old global organisation, working exclusively across media launches, test drive programmes, brand experiences, conferencing and retailer training. The team has tripled in size since COVID and is continuing to grow. Retained blue-chip clients and a reputation for long-term relationships mean the work is consistent and the portfolio is genuinely impressive.
The Role
As Event Project Coordinator, you will support client leads and project managers across a broad mix of projects, taking day-to-day ownership of smaller events and defined elements of larger builds, with budgets ranging from £10,000 to £1 million across the UK and internationally.
- Coordinate logistics and planning across multiple concurrent projects
- Support project managers on media launches, experiential and test drive programmes
- Manage supplier communications and track project timelines
- Assist with budget monitoring and purchase order administration
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Contribute to onsite delivery across UK and international events
The Candidate
You will already have event coordination or project support experience behind you, and the organisational habits and communication skills that the Event Project Coordinator role demands. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure, precise with detail and genuinely adaptable when plans shift.
Experience in automotive, luxury brand events or experiential programmes is beneficial but not essential. Exposure to multi-location logistics, supplier management or budget tracking will strengthen your application. Candidates from adjacent event backgrounds are very welcome to apply as an Event Project Coordinator.
Structured career development, BUPA healthcare, a generous holiday allowance and high-profile automotive work across global markets are all on the table here. Interviews are being confirmed now, so get your application across today.
