For the successful Junior Sales Representative our client is offering:
Competitive rate paying £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience (£14.75 - £16.85)Temporary to Permanent positionDays based role - 8:30am-5pm with a 1:30pm finish on FridaysGreat entry level opportunity with on the job training providedOpportunities for progressionOpportunities to travel as part of the role The Role - Junior Sales Representative:
Initially working alongside experienced Sales/Engineering colleagues who will provide on the job training Dealing with inbound Sales enquiries and establishing customer requirementsPreparing technical quotes / proposalsSubmitting quotes within agreed timescalesFollowing up on quotes that have been sent, trying to maximise quotes into ordersDevelop and maintain relationships with current/prospective customersGuiding customers on suitable productsProcessing of sales orders / preparation of relevant documentsLiaise with departments internally ensuring customer orders are fully communicated & understoodSupport with marketing related activitiesMaintain accurate records What our client is looking for in a Junior Sales Representative:
Interested in developing a career in SalesComfortable learning about engineering products and their applicationsExperience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or Construction business would be beneficial Confident IT skills and using Microsoft OfficeComfortable following up quotations and asking customers for businessAble to build rapport and relationships with customers Key Skills or Similar Job Titles:
