I'm currently representing my client on an exciting Operations Analytics & Insight Lead opportunity, leading the data and insights function across a complex operational environment.
The Role:
Own and evolve the Data & Insights strategy across Operations.Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.Establish a trusted single source of truth for operational and customer metrics.Design measurement frameworks, experiments, scorecards and performance thresholds.Act as the senior analytical partner to leadership, turning complex problems into clear commercial decisions.Drive analytical standards, quality and best practice across the function.Champion the responsible use of AI and automation across operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading a data, analytics or insights function.Strong quantitative and statistical skills, including experiment design and testing.Ability to connect data and metrics to wider business outcomes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.Strong technical understanding of SQL, cloud data warehousing and modern data tooling.Experience with tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Git and Looker/Tableau or similar.Python experience is advantageous.Comfortable working with ambiguity while maintaining strong analytical rigour.

Experience building or transforming an analytics function.Strong commercial mindset with a track record of influencing strategic decisions through data.Experience within complex customer-facing or operational environments.Experience with AI, automation and operational analytics.The ability to challenge senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
