An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantitative Research Operations professional to take the next step in their career with a leading healthcare market research and insights business.
This is a high-profile leadership position, offering the opportunity to lead a sizeable team, oversee a significant project portfolio and play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the business.
The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take overall responsibility for the Quantitative Operations function, leading a team of research operations and project management professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, developing and motivating the team to deliver operational excellence.
Overseeing project delivery, resource planning, utilisation and quality standards.
Driving process improvements and efficiencies across the function.
Building strong client relationships and supporting the delivery of exceptional client service.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support commercial performance and future growth.
Contributing to departmental strategy, team development and long-term business planning.
About You You will have a strong background in quantitative research operations, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical or market research environments.
You will be an effective people leader with excellent organisational and client management skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
