The Role
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of qualitative research professionalsOversee project delivery, ensuring research programmes are completed on time and within budgetManage project escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a high standard of service throughout the research lifecycleMonitor team performance, workload allocation, and key business metricsSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experienceOversee project profitability and billing processesContribute to training, coaching, and the ongoing development of team members Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience within qualitative market researchExperience leading or mentoring research teams in a client-facing environmentBackground delivering complex research projects from inception to completionExposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences research would be advantageousExcellent stakeholder management and client relationship skillsStrong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingExcellent written and verbal communication skills
