Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Banbury, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its successful Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a quality caseload, mentor colleagues and play an important role in the continued growth of the department, with clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesNew build and shared ownershipTransfers of equity and remortgagesEquity release and first registrationsLiaising with clients, agents, brokers and lendersMentoring junior fee earners and support staffSupporting compliance, CQS and departmental developmentContributing to networking and business development About You
5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEXStrong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyGood technical knowledge and excellent client care skillsPrevious supervisory or mentoring experience desirableCommercially minded with a proactive approach to business developmentGood understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements Why Apply?
