What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be learning the business from the ground up. You’ll work alongside experienced sales leaders who will teach you how to convert leads, manage clients, and close deals.
Reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing our solutionsNurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention and spot upselling opportunitiesResearching market leads, making outreach calls/emails, and booking discovery meetingsLearning how to pitch, handle objections, and successfully close salesParticipating in structured sales training and daily mentoring sessions What We’re Looking For
We can teach you the industry and the sales techniques, but we can’t teach drive. For this role, a passion for sales is non-negotiable.
