About the Role We are seeking an adaptable, highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our day-to-day business functions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will be expected to spin many plates at once while keeping cross-functional processes moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily operational processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all tasksAct as a key technical contact for business systems, leveraging exceptional IT skills to streamline workflows and troubleshoot basic operational software issuesSuccessfully manage multiple competing priorities and "spin many plates" in a fast-evolving SME environmentSupport ongoing business initiatives, project schedules, and inter-departmental communicationsMaintain comprehensive records, manage operational databases, and track key operational dataProvide flexible, cross-functional administrative and operational support whenever new demands arise What We’re Looking For Direct experience working within an SME environment, understanding the agility and hands on approach requiredAdvanced proficiency with core software tools, spreadsheets, data management, and operational systems.High standards for accuracy across all documentation, records, and procedural executionsProven capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously without losing focusClear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
