Teacher of Design & Technology
Prospero Teaching is working with a well-established secondary school in Southampton to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Design & Technology Teacher specialising in Product Design for a maternity cover position starting in January 2027.

The Role:
Teach Design & Technology with a focus on Product DesignDeliver engaging and practical lessons across KS3 and KS4Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum expectationsSupport students in developing design, manufacturing, and problem-solving skillsMake use of modern workshop facilities and CAD technologiesMonitor progress and provide constructive feedbackContribute to departmental planning and curriculum developmentPromote high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievementFollow safeguarding and school policies consistently What the School Offers:
