Litigation Solicitor – Bromsgrove
An established and highly regarded legal practice is seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team at its Bromsgrove office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a varied and client-focused litigation environment.
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious matters, including civil litigation and employment law, while managing your own caseload and developing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
The Role
The successful Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for:
Managing an independent caseload of contentious matters from instruction through to resolutionHandling a varied range of civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution mattersProviding clear, practical and commercially focused legal adviceDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking closely with colleagues across the wider legal teamManaging competing priorities and working effectively to tight deadlineMaintaining high standards of client care and professional serviceEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies and proceduresUsing internal systems effectively and maintaining accurate case recordsContributing positively to the continued development and success of the Litigation team About You
The firm is looking for a professional and client-focused Litigation Solicitor who can demonstrate:
Qualification as a Solicitor, ideally at NQ to 2 years' PQERelevant experience within litigation, civil litigation, employment law and/or dispute resolutionThe ability to manage a caseload with appropriate levels of autonomyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA professional, friendly and reassuring approach when dealing with clientsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamA strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomesConfidence working within a regulated legal environment and adhering to compliance requirements, policies and internal procedures What the Firm Offers
