A distinguished organisation is actively seeking a Housekeeping Support Worker on a temporary to permanent arrangement. The post holder will be responsible for providing a high-quality service and maintaining a clean environment for staff and residents.
Location: Watford
Rate: £15.07 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 per week | 07:00 – 15:00 or 09:00 – 17:00
Contract: 3 months Temporary to Permanent
Your duties will include:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across supported housing, communal areas, offices, and resident accommodationSupport residents to develop independent living, domestic, and good neighbour skillsEncourage resident engagement and contribute to a positive, supportive living environmentIdentify and report resident welfare, safeguarding, maintenance, and health & safety concernsEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and organisational proceduresSafely operate cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning supplies and machineryWork collaboratively with housing and support teams to deliver effective servicesAttend training, meetings, and supervision sessions while contributing to continuous service improvementUndertake additional duties as required to support service delivery and resident outcomes Please note that an enhanced DBS will be required.
